Terms of Use

These terms describe the basic rules for using Swiper and its online features.

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Using the game

By accessing Swiper, you agree to use the game lawfully and follow these terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the online features.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Provide accurate information when creating an account. Do not attempt to access another player's account, private data, or restricted systems.

Player content

You retain responsibility for content you submit, including usernames, messages, reports, and community levels. You must have the rights needed to submit that content. By publishing content through Swiper, you give the service permission to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the game and its community features.

Do not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content. Swiper may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Fair play and reporting

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, disrupt matches, spam other players, or abuse the reporting system. Reports should be accurate and submitted in good faith. Swiper may investigate suspected abuse and restrict accounts or content when appropriate.

Availability and changes

Online features depend on network and service availability. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued to maintain or improve the game. Scores, matchmaking, community content, and other online data may occasionally be unavailable.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply when you use those features. Swiper is not responsible for third-party services that it does not operate.

Disclaimer and contact

Swiper is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
